Development Engineer (潜水泵）
As pump product development engineer, assist product development managers reach company goals, finishing multistage split case centrifugal pump projects on time by offering necessary technical supports, including design calculations, detailed strength analysis, engineering drawings design, BOM creation and IOM & technical catalogue preparation, and also following and supporting the sample parts and sample pump manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and solve problems (design, manufacturing, assembling and testing).
Familiar with product development processes, design tools, and project management.
Design dry pit pumps components and/or systems using standard design procedures.
Having hydraulic design experiences
Conduct component and/or system analysis using computer simulation and/or laboratory testing.
Using established procedures & working under supervision, performs assigned tasks.
Evaluation, originality or ingenuity is required.
Work may be routine with detailed instruction, progressing to varied and somewhat difficult in character.
Manage and plan specific aspects of larger development projects.
Design laboratory experiments and supervise others in conducting tests
Participate as technical representative on interdepartmental teams
Support engineering, marketing, quality, sourcing, after sales and application team.
Qualifications:
BS Degree above in Mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering.
Hydraulic design experience of centrifugal pump is requested.
5 years of experience in product design for large multistage pumps, especially for large multistage Split case centrifugal pumps and system solution offerings.
Know & use the fundamental concepts, practices & procedures of particular field of specification.
Proficient in Creo3.0 and related tool suites.
Knowledge of foundry, machining and fabrication processes.
Knowledge of international pump standards.
Able to work independently.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to learn anything new.
